Agreement

This site is operated by Fraschetti Consulting and Sales LLC of Cleveland, OH, United States. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What we sell, and what we no longer do

We supply replacement wear parts for commercial bakery rotary scoring heads: blades, hubs, shaft hangers and bearings.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.
• Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order and is shown at checkout before you pay.
• We ship within the United States only.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or if a part is unavailable, and will refund you in full if we do.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not handle or store card details.

Fitment is your responsibility, but we will help

Scoring parts are machine-specific. Whether a part fits depends on your shaft diameter, blade outside diameter, and whether your head is hub-mounted or direct-mount.

We will identify the correct part for you at no charge if you ask. Call us with your measurements or send a photo of the scoring head. If you order without checking and the part does not fit, that is treated as a normal return under our returns policy.

Technical information on this site

The scoring guidance, troubleshooting articles and blade selection advice on this site are provided in good faith based on many years of experience in the industry. They are general guidance, not a warranty or a specification. Bakery equipment varies, dough varies, and conditions in your plant are yours to judge.

Anything involving machinery carries risk. Follow your equipment manufacturer's instructions and your own safety procedures. We are not responsible for how the information here is applied.

Warranty

Parts are supplied as described. Defective or incorrectly supplied parts are covered under the returns policy. Beyond that, parts are supplied without any further warranty, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the part in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost production, downtime or spoiled product.

The text, photographs and technical content on this site belong to us. You may read and share it, but do not republish it as your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do, and the terms in force are the ones published at the time of your order.
